You can use numerous cashpoints around the city, best to use the official bank cash points as cash points in Exchange offices might charge you a little more. When using the cash point, always opt for “without conversion”. You can always exchange currency at the exchange offices, choose the ones which offer 0% commission and compare their rate to the day rate online.
Taxis are plentiful and much used in Prague. Try to get a taxi that is driving “on the meter”. You can stop a taxi by raising your hand. You can also order a taxi by calling yourself, or by letting the recepionist from your hotel or restaurant do this for you. Some examples of thrustworthy taxi companies are; Modry Andel, City Taxi and Profi Taxi. In Prague you can also use the Uber application, there are more than 1000 driving around so there will be always one available closeby.
